Due to the digital nature of our products (Microsoft license keys), all sales are generally final once the license key has been delivered to you. However, we understand that circumstances can vary, and we offer refunds under specific conditions.

Non-functional License Key

If the license key you purchased does not work or fails to activate due to an issue on our end, we will provide either a replacement key or a full refund.

Unactivated License Key

If you have not used or activated the license key, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Incorrect Purchase

If you purchased the wrong product by mistake and notify us within 24 hours of purchase, we may provide a refund or exchange at our discretion.

Technical Incompatibility

If the product is incompatible with your system despite meeting the listed system requirements, and we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The license key has already been activated or used
  • You no longer need or want the product after activation
  • You purchased the product more than 30 days ago
  • The issue is due to your system not meeting the specified requirements
  • The purchase was made fraudulently or violated our Terms of Service

6. License Key Deactivation

When a refund is issued, the associated license key will be deactivated and will no longer be valid for activation or use. Any continued use of a refunded license key is a violation of our Terms of Service.
